When you heal yourself as needed, you will speed up the process of your spiritual growth. These healing techniques have been hidden from us for the last couple million years. They are just now coming out due to the need of humanity as a whole striving for more awareness.

When one starts to live a life of being grounded and starts living a life of always being focused, one can accomplish amazing goals. “Discipline” is the roots of your foundation to evolving in success spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and even financially.

When you can envision with great detail and without distraction, you can direct your visualization towards healing any part of life you see needing improvement. There is nothing that can’t be healed.
